Our most popular housing option is the shared apartment, where you will live with other students. Or to make an immersion program complete, we can arrange a homestay with a local family. You may also arrange your own accomodation.

We understand that if you are not happy with your lodging, you will not be happy with your program. We personally visit all of our housing choices to select only the best for you. We also do our best to place you in the best option prior to your arrival. If for any reason you are not happy or comfortable, you may move for whatever reason during the first week.

You can coordinate your own lodging or you may have us arrange a students apartment or a homestay with a local family. Staying with a homestay is the best way to experience the local culture firsthand and to ensure that you will practice the language outside of class.

Students Apartment: We recommend student apartments for everyone who wants to combine the Spanish experience with meeting new friends. Student apartments also have rules but are more flexible than a family homestay. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped.

- Cooperation with other students is necessary as the common areas are maintained only once per week.

Family Homestay: We also recommend Families Homestay for students who want to focus on improving the language in a natural environment while also exposing you to the local culture. All families are carefully selected and provide the student with a private room, kitchen access, and comfortable surroundings. Living standards are high and all families are middle to upper-middle class. Students must follow the family's regular rules.

We offer in both options:
- Cleaning of sheets and towels once a week.
- Max distance: 30 minutes from the school.
- Personal Laundry service is not included.
- Receive phone calls.
- Minimum stay one week.
- You may have a private or shared room, with a same-sex roommate selected by our staff.
